By accessing or using the MyWholeWorld website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MyWholeWorld is a personalized children's book creation platform. We use artificial intelligence to generate story text and illustrations customized around your child.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our book creation services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Ordering & Payments

All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Books are produced via print-on-demand and shipped directly to your address.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for defective products or printing errors. Digital previews are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The story frameworks, prompts, and platform code are the intellectual property of MyWholeWorld. When you purchase a book, you receive a personal-use license to the generated content (see our Licensing page for details).

6. User Content

By uploading photos and providing personal details (child's name, age, interests), you grant us permission to use this information solely for the purpose of creating your personalized book. We do not share your photos or personal details with third parties except as necessary for book production. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to create content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or that violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyWholeWorld is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
